Project Title: Podcast with Khalsa Panth Uk
SECTION 1 – Rationale
Reflecting on my progress with the Khalsa Panth UK podcast, I’ve grown it from a local effort into a global platform, a key achievement. My Warner Records experience honed my marketing skills, vital for expansion. Last year’s project built my research and podcasting expertise, revealing challenges in marketing and guest diversity. These insights shape my choice to globalise the podcast, targeting North America, Europe, and India with Punjabi episodes. My technical and promotional skills will drive this ambition, creating a culturally resonant, internationally recognised platform that connects the Sikh diaspora through refined content and strategic outreach.
SECTION 2 – Project Concept
My project expands the Bhujangi Podcast which is pubished on the Khalsa Panth UK platforms, aiming to increase listenership in North America, Europe, and India. Featuring guests like Sikhfinity, Dera Misl Montreal, and Jatinder Singh Durhailay, I’ll explore diverse topics—faith, culture, and diaspora experiences—offering episodes in English and Punjabi. Research into Sikh migration patterns and podcast marketing trends will inform content tailored for these regions. I’ll produce 6-8 episodes using the Academy’s multi-cam podcast suite for top-tier audio-visual quality, with remote recordings via Podcastle.ai or Zoom for international guests. Resources include Adobe Suite for editing, Canva for YouTube thumbnails, and Opus.ai for audio enhancement. Episodes will launch on Spotify, Soundcloud, and YouTube, with Instagram carousels boosting engagement. Overcoming last year’s marketing hurdles, I’ll leverage my Warner Records skills to establish a broader reach. Within 10 weeks, I’ll deliver a polished series that elevates the podcast’s global presence, blending technical excellence with cultural significance.
SECTION 3 – Evaluation
I’ll reflect ongoingly via a digital journal, tracking decisions like guest choices or marketing tweaks, and evaluate success against my listener growth goals. Peer and tutor feedback will guide adjustments. A final analytical review will assess global impact, focusing on North America, Europe, and India engagement, not just tasks completed.
SECTION 4 – Project Action Plan
With 10 weeks, here’s my plan:

SECTION 5 – Proposed Research Sources
- Social media – Topics to discuss within the podcasts.
- Social media polls – Feedback/Topics
